How to: Space controls evenly on a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, select the desired controls to space (either vertically or horizontally), select 'Format', select either 'Horizontal Spacing' or 'Vertical Spacing' and select 'Make Equal'.
NOTE 1: Space controls evenly refers to three or more controls aligned in a row (horizontally) or three or more controls aligned in a column (vertically).
NOTE 2: If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
1) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

2) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
3) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in the Design view, and the Toolbox appears.)
4) To evenly space controls aligned vertically:
a) Select the desired controls to adjust. (Handles appear around the controls.)
NOTE 1: At least three controls must be selected. To select more than one control, press and hold down SHIFT while selecting each control.
NOTE 2: If the control has an attached label, select the CONTROL ONLY.

b) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Vertical Spacing'. (A submenu appears.)
c) Select 'Make Equal' from the submenu. (The controls are spaced equally vertically.)

5) To evenly space controls aligned horizontally:
